Crown Commercial Service Issues Contract Notice

We are extremely grateful to the Building Futures Group for informing us that the Crown Commercial Service has issued a Contract Notice for the Facilities Management Services agreement (RM1056) and provided an important update on the Facilities Management Contracting Model.

According to the BFG, the Contract Notice for the Facilities Management Services agreement (RM1056) will be published on Tenders Electronic Daily within the next few days.

Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation including procurement timescales is now available on by clicking here 

Details of the clarification process are contained within the ITT documentation. Suppliers should note that all questions should be directed via the eSourcing tools.

Facilities Management Services Bidders Conference

The Crown Commercial Services is planning to hold a Bidders Conference on Friday 12 September, 10.30am -2.30pm, at Grange Holborn Hotel, 50-60 Southampton Row, London, WC1B 9AR.

The conference will provide an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on the Invitation to Tender documents.

If you would like to attend please email FMCM@ccs.gsi.gov.uk with the attendees name, organisation and contact details. Places are limited to two per organisation, which might be reduced to one should the event be oversubscribed.
