14forty was launched in late September in the unusual and uncomfortable position of not having its hard services partner in place. That has changed with the rumoured deal with Integral confirmed this morning. It is believed that Integral was playing hardball in its refusal to offer Compass exclusivity.
A spokesperson for 14forty said the partnership with Integral will offer its clients the opportunity to incorporate their hard service requirements into their service level agreements. 14forty is well placed to offer food, cleaning, security, guest and business services.
Integral is one of the largest independent suppliers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both planned preventative and reactive maintenance to over 1,600 clients in 40,000 locations.
