A new contract management app, which has been specially designed for every aspect of the handling of its cleaning contracts, has been launched by Julius Rutherfoord.

The iPad-based application is said to provide its area managers with secure access to a range of tools and resources whenever and wherever required.

All aspects of contract management, from ordering consumables, raising customer service requests to managing and recording onsite training, quality auditing, human resourcing and health and safety, can now be performed onsite by contract managers with real time data sent back to the Julius Rutherfoord head office.

The information will soon be instantly available to all its clients through a forthcoming client portal.

Some of the functions of the new app include:

  • Identification of the site by GPS – resulting in swifter response times.

  • Consistent real time monitoring of cleaning standards.

  • Detailed quality audits and service standards.

  • Instant notifications of customer service requests, including site visits.

  • Real time health and safety audits.

The app is designed to deliver a transparent and responsive service that increases quality and efficiency for clients while reducing the administrative burden on its managers, allowing them to spend more time with the cleaning team and clients.
