13 September 2013 | Updated 01 January 1970

Every year The Stress Management Society reports that it sees hundreds of stress beating ideas in use in UK companies. It also meets many businesses with stress management plans so it recognises this effort publicly. The SMS runs the UK Stress Management Awards for companies of all sizes to find those that efficiently and innovatively deal with stress at work.

There are two categories:

To enter all you have to do is describe what your plan or idea involves, why you created it, and the results you are seeing. The awards are open to all companies based in the UK, from corner shops to FTSE 100s. Winners receive recognition as an award winner and vouchers towards stress management training to the value of £1,000.
