Less Energy in Care Homes

Incentive Carbon Management has signed a six figure deal with Renaissance Care (Scotland), to reduce the organisation’s energy costs and carbon footprint.

Under the terms of the contract, ICM will advise on and implement a range of energy saving schemes, including LED lighting, condensing boilers and a CHP electrical generating plant.

 

Green Deal

Incentive Carbon Management recently become an Accredited Green Deal Provider for commercial organisations. Bill Pollard, Deputy MS of the Incentive FM Group, said: “Our Green Deal accreditation means that we can offer more flexible funding options and help businesses take advantage of this Government scheme.”
