The software blends external data sources, e.g. police crime data which is analysed for patterns and trends by incident type, sector, region, county, district, neighbourhood and site. It acts as an online, UK-wide registry of Mitie’s recorded security incidents and police crime data, providing what is claimed to be the most up-to-date intelligence and analytics for security support.
Mitie will use the information to make risk-based decisions around the analytics and findings for its clients.
