ISS Facility Services has been chosen to provide engineering support to the Grosvenor Crescent development in the London Borough of Westminster Grosvenor Crescent until 2018.

Services provided onsite by the ISS technical services business include mechanical and electrical engineering systems maintenance as well as compliance services - specifically water treatment. The latter includes Legionella testing and water sampling.

The Grosvenor Crescent luxury apartments are owned by Grosvenor, a privately owned property group which is active in some of the world’s most dynamic cities.

Jacob Christensen, MD of ISS Technical Services said: “It’s a fantastic opportunity to help support Grosvenor maintain this wonderful location.”

Mark Bloxham, Facilities Manager for Grosvenor Crescent said: “We are looking forward to working closely with ISS, together so we can continue to provide a discreet service for our residents.”

Cloudfm Unveils New Mobile App

Cloudfm differentiates itself on the basis of user-friendly technology. A brand new App represents the company’s latest innovation, aiming as it does to make life even easier for the 4000+ engineers who use the system.

The App is a crucial part of Cloudfm’s model, as it enables clients and contractors to monitor FM activity on an individual task basis, in real time. Using the App, clients and suppliers can now track activity by asset, as well as task and location. Planned preventative maintenance can be more effectively delivered and grouped odd jobs undertaken in a more controlled way. Tasks can be assigned and delegated at the touch of a button. All information is fed back to the central Cloudfm system. The App also captures details of labour and materials used and ensures that everyone involved is aware of any remedial work needed.

By sharing data in this transparent way, without the scope for error created by manual entry, clients, contractors and the Cloudfm support team have full visibility of all activity, complete with real-time data on financial liability and compliance.
