Still Time for Timely Entry

The deadline for entry to the One4all Rewards Spotlight Awards has been extended until Wednesday, 8 June.

The awards scheme extension is to allow companies an extra week to submit nominations to recognise and reward staff for ‘outstanding contributions in the workplace’.

The awards will recognise the UK’s best employees in 20 categories, including 14 industry-focused Employee of the Year awards recognising talent in different sectors including e-commerce retail, catering and professional services, among others.

“It’s essential for companies to give something back to their employees who have gone above and beyond to drive their team and company,” said Declan Byrne, MD, One4all Rewards. “By hosting the Spotlight Awards we are aiming to enable a greater number of businesses to provide tangible rewards for exceptional staff, free of charge.”

Other categories include the Office Sage which recognises an individual renowned for solving problems, Unsung Hero, celebrating staff who are normally overlooked and Rising Star of the Year – to recognise employees under the age of 25.

There is also a grand prix-style Employee of the Year Award which will identify the UK’s best employee by selecting an overall winner from the 20 category winners.

Each category winner will be awarded with a £200 One4all Gift Card, while the grand prix-style Employee of the Year Award will receive a £500 One4all Gift Card that can be spent in more than 22,000 stores nationally.

Nominations must be submitted with supporting material to ensure workers have the best chance of winning an award by no later than Wednesday 8 June 2016. Entries will be independently judged by a carefully selected panel of experts and business industry insiders.
