Bartlett Mitchell has appointmented Ian Thomas as its new CEO. Thomas will be responsible for business performance and growth, client retention and the executive team.
Founder Wendy Bartlett will become Executive Chairman and will continue to provide the long-term strategic vision for the company as it continues to grow. Alongside co-founder Ian Mitchell, Bartlett will also focus on team and client relationships.
Thomas is well known to the company, having worked for Shepherd FM which partnered with Bartlett Mitchell bidding for full FM contracts. Prior to working in the FM industry, Thomas held a number of roles working for companies within the hospitality sector including Whitbread and Granada.
Francois Gautreaux, Operational Managing Director and Simon Houston, Sales Managing Director, will now report to Thomas.,
