• AJ Products Launches University Scholarship for Workplace Wellbeing Innovation

A new £1,000 university scholarship is challenging UK students to propose innovative solutions that enhance employee wellbeing through physical work environments.

Workplace furniture supplier AJ Products is offering the initiative to students who want to submit original ideas for adapting future workplaces.

Students must draw on personal experience or academic study to create a short essay or video detailing how their idea will improve mental and/or physical wellbeing in the workplace, and how it will impact how employees interact with the physical work environment. 

This could be a product, an initiative, a change to building design, in an office environment or an industrial workspace.

AJ Products will judge entries based on: 

• Potential of the project to improve working environments and employee wellbeing.
• Degree of innovation and practical benefit.
• Ability to explain the background and personal experience informing the idea.
• Genuine creativity over grammatical accuracy.

The opportunity is open to any student enrolled on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate-taught course at a UK university during the academic year of 2025-2026. Applications close on 31st December 2025.
