Did You Miss The Boat? Catch the Showreel

21 July 2017 | Updated 05 March 2018

The Facilities Industry Annual Summer River Boat Party is one of the most popular events in the facilities management industry’s calendar and in support of Global FM Week, this year was even bigger and better. Around 400 professionals from facilities management companies, product suppliers as well as end user client firms enjoyed great hospitality and an unforgettable evening on the River Thames.

"Well done, superb event! We turned it into a family event as it was our anniversary and didn't want to miss it."
Katie King, Managing Director, Zoodikers

The summer sun and clear skies created a jaw-dropping backdrop of London as we sailed east past the Tower of London, on past Canary Wharf and historic Greenwich, around the O2 peninsula and through the Thames Barrier before turning back for a Grand Finale. Just before we docked, Tower Bridge was raised and London’s busy traffic came to a halt, allowing the Dixie Queen to pass through in a blaze of coloured lights.

ThisWeekinFM would like to especially thank our Associate Sponsors; ABM UK, Dark Knight Security, Eden Brown, FSI (FM) Solutions, Grundfos, Innovise Software, Integra Cleaning Services, OCD FM, PPSPower, Restore Datashred, SPIE, and Taskforce UK. Also to our Entertainment Sponsor Western Business Exhibitions as well as everyone who came to show their support on the night. Thanks!

"Thank you to the whole team at ThisWeekinFM for a great party. My team and our guest from Dirty Harry’s all had a great time. We look forward to seeing you again soon."
Kim-Marie Freeston, Managing Director, uComply
