Great Portland Estates has appointed CBRE in a TFM contract for 200 Gray's Inn Road in London, the former home to the ITN offices and studios

London, 30 January 2018 – Global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed by Great Portland Estates plc to provide a total FM contract for 200 Gray’s Inn Road.

200 Gray’s Inn Road was originally designed and built for ITN by Foster & Partners. The building comprises of 291,600sq.ft, providing offices and TV studios for well-known international occupiers from the leisure and media industries.

Under the terms of the contract, the CBRE team will provide around the clock cover to facilitate a complete facilities maintenance programme, including mechanical and electrical maintenance support across the building.
