Guest services provider Portico is to partner with transACT's integrated workplace solutions to help digitise visitor management.

Portico’s clients will be able to use the software to help them book meeting rooms, streamline the guest check-in process and manage events.

transACT's meeting room technology allows Portico's clients to access AV support, seamless room booking, real-time availability updates and intelligent scheduling features. 

The software’s advanced visitor management systems will also allow Portico to streamline the guest check-in process, creating a smooth and secure experience for visitors. The system will simplify invitation and automatic check-in procedures, provide secure smartphone access, and automate the user journey so that the Portico team can concentrate on greeting and welcoming guests.

transACT also provides users with an event management platform where they can access pre-event information, handle virtual rooms, manage scheduling and resource allocation and control attendee registration.
