• Sodexo Appointed to Help Home Office Develop its Own FM Function

The Home Office has appointed Sodexo to assist it in developing its own in-house FM function for its 677 built assets, including office spaces, ports, airports, and data centres.

The five-year performance partnership contract means Sodexo will deliver 24/7 helpdesk services, CAFM, performance management and reporting, technical assurance and audit, asset management, and fire risk assessments. 

These facilities management services and all estates management will eventually be brought in-house.
