Joel Brittain is Business Development Manager at Ergro Group, one of the fastest growing HVAC and building services companies in the South East.

Ergro has worked alongside a range of clients for over 25 years, offering an end-to-end solution to make sure their clients’ mechanical, electrical, building and climate control services deliver optimum performance.

Ergro's experience covers all aspects of commercial, retail, leisure, healthcare, education and public sector industries and has worked on several high profile projects such as the plant and fabric replacement works at the Swiss Cottage Library on behalf of the London Borough of Camden.

Joel spoke to ThisWeekinFM about Ergro’s approach to business and best practice building maintenance.
