Read Full ArticleThe Security Assured team are experts in commercial fire and security systems, delivering bespoke solutions across a range of industries and types of premises. In this Spotlight Interview, we join MD Chris Bollard and Sales Director Will Hardie to discuss some of their recent projects and how they can help facilities teams.
Security Assured pride themselves on being a full-service security solutions business, with a specialism in all of the advanced technological solutions on the market, including CCTV, access control systems, intruder and fire alarms. It's a young, dynamic and close-knit team, something which Managing Director Chris Bollard is extremely proud of:
"Everyone we work with at Security Assured is someone I have previously dealt with in the industry, so these are people I trust and this approach has worked."
"Although we've mainly been based in London and the South East, we will soon be looking to cover contracts nationally throughout the UK, and I would be keen to hear from facilities management companies, to explain more about what we can offer."

This approach has led to security contracts with many high profile names, such as Waitrose, Boxpark and Holiday Inn. But the next step for Security Assured is to connect with facilities management companies to offer pre-planned maintenance services to them. Will Hardie, Sales Director, told us more:
"Although we've mainly been based in London and the South East, we will soon be looking to cover contracts nationally throughout the UK, and I would be keen to hear from facilities management companies, to explain more about what we can offer."
Working in the security industry, the team at Security Assured has been at the forefront of COVID-secure technologies to protect a building and the people who use it. This is particularly relevant in terms of contactless technology and allowing facilities managers to remotely monitor a building's visitors. Bollard told us:
"One thing we've been installing a lot in light of the pandemic is touchless products, such as hands-free intercoms, CCTV and QR codes for touchless building entry. This allows building occupiers to monitor who's coming in and out of their buildings"
Security Assured completes installations in a wide variety of premises, from new builds to listed buildings, and their tailored approach means that all projects are completed in a way that is sensitive to a building's aesthetic. As Bollard explains, "We know the problems that can arise with working on listed buildings, and we can cater for any need". This includes wireless fire and access control systems.
The team also offers equipment auditing services and fire risk assessments, so they can make practical and cost-effective recommendations to ensure buildings are secure and compliant with regulations.
