Spotlight Interview – Tommy Taylor | T.Taylor Solutions
04 April 2023
Tommy Taylor is a consultant and trainer who has worked in the commercial cleaning sector for over forty years.
Tommy met with ThisWeekinFM at a recent Facilities & Workplace Networking Club to discuss how we can uplift people working in the industry, and how specific training standards in cleaning are essential in a post-COVID world. He also took us through his career journey so far and some of his personal highlights.
Tommy is extremely passionate about promoting the importance of training in the cleaning sector, and his company delivers a range of training and development tools for operational staff through to senior managers. In the interview, he also spoke candidly about his thoughts on the outcomes of the recent APPG for the Cleaning and Hygiene Industry.
“If our clients are determined and demand training for the operatives that work on their sites, and look for evidence that they’ve been trained, it can only be good for the industry.”
