  Property Regatta 2018

The Property Regatta is a brand new event developed in response to increasing demand for team building and networking opportunities from companies within the property, real estate, construction, development and facilities management sector.

The regatta combines an evening networking supper at the prestigious Royal Southern Yacht Club, followed by an action packed day on the water.  You can bring teams of 7/8 - 10 which could include colleagues, clients, partners and any key people who are important to your business. We will organise everything so all you need to do is choose who to invite and turn up!
 

Absolutely NO previous sailing experience is required!

The industry regatta format is a proven opportunity to network with industry peers, promote your brand amongst a relevant audience, enjoy a team building activity and have a fun day, sailing in the UK's premier sailing area, the Solent.

Whether you choose to bring a team from head office, or captivate key clients or business partners, a day on a yacht is an unrivaled way to build stronger working relationships. Combine that with networking drinks and a BBQ at the nearby Royal Southern Yacht Club - and the result is an exciting and productive event.
 

You and your invited team will sail together on a premium sailing yacht, under the guidance of a professional skipper and first mate - so don't worry, no previous sailing experience is required.

Any company involved in the property, construction and facilities sector are invited to join. This includes (but isn't limited to) developers, residential estate agents, commercial agents, contractors, facilities and property managers, specialist suppliers and more!

If you decide on a skippered charter to join The Property Regatta you will be allocated a premium race yacht and professional crew on board to oversee safety and provide on-the-day sailing tuition.  If you would like your team to be more competitive why not take advantage of our training-day option on the day prior to the regatta, to ensure your whole crew are up to speed and more competitive in Friday’s racing!

You will have the opportunity to feature your company logo on your yacht during the regatta, as well provide branded team kit to all of your guests to optimise brand exposure and your presence on the water

The Property Regatta entry includes a small donation to charity.  This money will go into a prize fund which will be divided amongst chosen charities of the winning teams.  Compete in top level big boat racing, network within the industry, team build, have fun, and if you win (!) support the charity of your choice.
