Supplying legal and tax services across a wide range for the business sector on an international basis, William Fry employs over 400 staff.

Rapid expansion plans included William Fry moving to new offices in Dublin in the early part of 2015.  The move prompted the search for a new meeting room booking system to enable the efficient management of meeting rooms to continue an efficient customer service.

The decision to use NFS’ Rendezvous booking system was seen as its ‘proven’ ability to offer improved scheduling relative to using Microsoft Outlook, for meeting rooms and services like catering and AV. Another factor was that experience NFS Technology has with a number of major international law firms, including DLA Piper, White & Case and Hogan Lovells LLP.

“William Fry is an internationally renowned Law Firm and we are proud to be associated with the introduction of the NFS Rendezvous solution for the management of meeting rooms in its new Dublin office,” explained Says Luis De Souza, CEO, NFS Technology Group. “We believe Rendezvous offers a simple and efficient way of booking meeting rooms, catering and associated services as well as providing great reporting on meeting room usage. The integration with Microsoft Outlook will also be beneficial to the customer, as staff will be working within a familiar environment.”
