• Infraspeak Welcomes FM Community at Intelligence for Maintenance Summit 2024

The Infraspeak team has returned to London for its 2024 summit and to launch a new supplier management tool.

Over 100 FM professionals gathered at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre to watch industry panel discussions on topics from the impact of technology on team productivity to client success stories.

Among the speakers were Sonia Murton from Westbury FM, Brian Lamont from The Newt in Somerset, Simon Barlow, an FM Recruitment Consultant, Anthony Law from Strata, and Simon White from The Celtic Manor Resort. Anthony Law and Simon White shared success stories showcasing how technology has enhanced team productivity and service quality at Strata and The Celtic Manor Resort, earning recognition from leadership and better control over outsourced partnerships.

A panel shared insights on addressing the difficulty of attracting talent locally and implementing apprenticeships to nurture skilled professionals. They also highlighted the importance of professional re-qualification initiatives and adjusting salaries to retain key personnel, especially amidst rising salary levels.

New Supplier Management Tool

Felipe Ávila da Costa, Co-Founder and CEO at Infraspeak launched the Infraspeak Network, a supplier management system designed to address the need for advanced supplier management in FM.

This platform integrates supplier activities into FM workflows, offering tools for supplier selection, onboarding, workflow integration, data collection, and performance analysis.

The next Intelligence for Maintenance meetup will be held in Madrid on 9 May 2024.
