Campbell Murdoch is the Managing Director of City FM Ltd, one of the world’s largest privately owned FM companies.

City FM works with several high-profile retail clients around the world, as well as SMEs and the public sector.

The business is committed to becoming net-zero carbon by 2040, by transitioning 50 per cent of its fleet to electric vehicles and reducing its own buildings' carbon footprint by 50 per cent by 2025. They are also members of the Supply Chain Sustainability Council.

Campbell spoke to ThisWeekinFM about City’s business expansion plans, the net-zero challenge and making the FM sector more attractive to outside talent.
