Read Full ArticleThree women have been formally charged with the preparation of a terrorist act and conspiracy to murder. They had been arrested as part of an investigation by the Met's Counter Terrorism Command (MCTC).
They are: Rizlaine Boular a 21-year-old, of central London - arrested on 30 April when she was discharged from hospital having been shot by MCTC; Khawla Barghouthi, 20-year-old, of north-west London - arrested on 27 April at an address in Harlesden Road, north-west London; and Mina Dich, 43-year-old, of south-west London - arrested on 27 April in Kent. Dich is the mother of Rizlaine Boular.
All three were remanded in custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 11 May.
Everyone else arrested in connection with this investigation has now been released from police custody.
