Cushman & Wakefield has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across its EMEA business, to reinforce the firm’s commitment to deliver integrated, strategic advice across every stage of the real estate cycle.
Javier Bernades has been appointed Head of Offices, EMEA, expanding his current responsibilities as Head of Offices in Spain. With experience advising developers, occupiers, and investors throughout the lifecycle of office assets, Bernades will guide Cushman & Wakefield’s regional office strategy and strengthen the firm’s ability to support clients as workplace needs evolve across Europe.
Patrick Hogan has been named Head of Living, EMEA, evolving his role from Head of EMEA Living Capital Markets. Hogan also continues to lead the Living business in Ireland, where the firm has recently diversified into leasing and managing large‑scale residential developments. His expanded remit will support clients navigating the rapid growth of the Living and operational real estate sectors, ensuring cohesive insight across markets.
James Meikle has been appointed Head of Tenant Representation, EMEA. Meikle currently leads one of London’s top tenant representation teams, advising major global occupiers on real estate strategy, site selection and negotiations for several of Europe’s most significant headquarters projects. In his regional role, he will advance best‑practice advisory and enhance cross‑market coordination to ensure occupiers receive seamless, strategic support.
Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate services firm for property owners and occupiers with approximately 52,000 employees in nearly 400 offices across 60 countries. In 2024, the firm reported revenue of $9.4 billion across its core service lines.
