DMA Maintenance announces Wendy Bennett as Managing Director

DMA Group, a privately owned company providing property services for over 220 years, has announced the promotion of Wendy Bennett to Managing Director of DMA Maintenance.

Wendy’s appointment has been made to reflect both the strength of the company’s heritage and its ongoing development as a modern, forward-looking, and operationally strong business.

Having been with DMA for five years, Wendy most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, playing a key role in strengthening operational performance, supporting sustainable growth, and embedding DMA’s multi-award-winning maintenance management platform, BiO®.

This promotion is to demonstrate a clear focus on continuity and proven leadership. As Managing Director, Wendy will work closely with the Board and her Senior Management Team to build on DMA’s long-standing foundations, while continuing to develop the business to support future growth and evolving customer requirements.

Commenting on her appointment, Wendy said: “DMA’s history is something we’re incredibly proud of, but it’s our ability to adapt and keep improving that defines us today.
