Excellerate Services Ltd Acquires CCM Facilities Ltd

Excellerate Services has announced their acquisition of CCM Facilities Ltd, a national contract cleaning specialist.

Excellerate Services already supplies cleaning and security services to multiple market sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. The acquisition of CCM will combine two businesses now with an annual turnover of £45M, employing approximately 2,500 colleagues, operating in 700 locations.

Both companies plan to integrate extensive intellectual property, to deliver a more tech-based, transparent and efficient cleaning service to its clients.
