FM business Adept Corporate Services has acquired Agilis Lux Ltd, provider of specialist engineering and technical services.
The acquisition creates a new company with a turnover exceeding £12 million.
Headquartered in Manchester, Adept delivers integrated security, cleaning, safety and technical services across the UK. By acquiring Agilis, the business will strengthen its existing integrated service offering.
The Agilis brand will be retired with immediate effect and employees will be transferred to Adept under a TUPE agreement.
Nick Cooper, Managing Director at Adept, said: “This acquisition isn’t just about growth. It’s about bringing together two teams that share the same mindset and values. Agilis has a strong, established reputation in the marketplace and its integration under the Adept brand will offer our clients more opportunities for success and our employees greater access to a wide range of options for career development. We’re proud to be growing in a way that keeps people at the heart of everything we do.”
