HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions UK&I Appoints New FM Director

HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions (UK & Ireland) has appointed Grahame Sheeran as Facilities Management Director.  

Grahame joins the business with more than 15 years’ experience delivering facilities management services across a broad range of sectors, including student accommodation, education, and social housing. He previously served as Operations Director for Derwent Facilities Management. 



Based out of the company’s Cheadle offices, Grahame will oversee the operational delivery of facilities management services for a range of high-profile projects in the HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions (UK & Ireland) national portfolio. 

He will support partnerships with businesses including Aspire Student Group and HOCHTIEF’s dedicated Data Centre Partners division. He will also lead the growth and development of facilities management service solutions for new acquisition projects.
