Following a competitive tender process Jaguar Building Services have secured the hard services contract at One Crown Place.

The area comprises 3 mixed use buildings in EC2, including 2 prismatic towers hosting new luxury apartments towering 28 and 33 storeys. At ground level stands a 6-storey building home to 10,650 m2 of office space, a variety of retail units and a boutique hotel and members’ club.

Jaguar Invest In Smart Tech


Jaguar Building Services have announced the formation of a new Innovations Department which will be headed up by Innovations & Systems Manager Chris Howlett.

Chris and his team will be responsible for the review and implementation of innovative solutions across the business, whilst driving the utilisation of substantive Smart Technology in the buildings that we manage.

Jaguar Secure Hard Services Contract At The Bailey


We are delighted to announce that following a competitive tender process, Jaguar have secured the M&E engineering services contract at The Bailey, 16 Old Bailey.

Located directly opposite Old Bailey High Court, the building was renovated in 2021 into high quality flexible office accommodation. The Grade II listed front section originally constructed in the early 20th Century has been preserved in the renovation works.

Comprising circa 115,000 sq. ft, the newly refurbished space will provide landscaped terracing overfour floors, views over the City and the Old Bailey High Court and a duplex office suite on the top two floors.

Jaguar Secure Thames Court


Following a competitive tender process, Jaguar are delighted to announce that we have secured the hard services contracts for both Thames Court and Rabobank.

The building is located on Upper Thames Street and covers 322,900 ft2 along the front of the River Thames. The central skylit atrium is the buildings focal point, with offices arranged over five upper floors.

The on-site team will be led by our new Account Manager Lee Tristram, who has over 20 years’ experience working in critical systems for a leading US Investment Bank.

Our excellent technical knowledge and extensive Head Office support network will supplement our team on-site to deliver an exceptional customer experience and enhance the service delivery at Thames Court, which is already of a high standard.

Mobilisation is already well underway, and we will be ready to go live on 07th December.”

Jaguar Secure 107 Cheapside


Jaguar Building Services will be providing Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric maintenance requirements at 107 Cheapside.

The building covers 183,000 sq ft of Cheapside and is centrally located within London’s business space of EC2, just two minutes' walk from Bank, St Paul’s, and Cannon Street stations. The area is well known for its renowned shopping centre One New Change, and is a sought-after location for businesses looking for contemporary office space within the City.

The contract will commence on the 1st of December 2020.

Jaguar Achieve ISO 45001


In recognition of our commitment to providing exceptional standards of health and safety, Jaguar have been awarded the ISO 45001 certification.

The prestigious international health and safety award has been given despite tough lockdown restrictions and ever-changing health and safety regulations.

Jaguar Secure Procession House


We are pleased to announce that Jaguar will be providing mechanical, electrical and fabric services at Procession House located at 55 Ludgate, EC4.

Occupying a 0.7-acre island site at Ludgate Hill, the property provides 105,944 sq. ft (9,842m2) of office, retail and accommodation space and overlooks the Old Bailey and St Paul’s Cathedral. The building has recently undergone a major refurbishment to significantly improve its visitor’s arrival experience which was completed earlier this year.

Jaguar Secure Belgrave House


Following a competitive tender process, Jaguar Building Services have been appointed the hard services contract at Belgrave House, SW1.

The prestigious building located on Buckingham Palace Road provides 270,000 square feet of office space over six floors and has a unique open terrace and winter garden on the fifth floor.

Luke Poole, Account Manager at Jaguar commented:

Jaguar Secure Television Centre M&E Contract In White City


Following a competitive tender process, Jaguar Building Services have been awarded the hard services contract at the Television Centre in White City.

Starting this month, Jaguar will be responsible for the electrical, mechanical and fabric services for the portfolio, including the estates signature Courtyard Grade II listed apartments and the Television Centre itself, covering over 1.4 million sq. ft.

Mobilisation has already begun on the estate, with our Technical Services and Health & Safety Teams undertaking assessments to improve service performance, whilst looking at ways to reduce running costs moving forward.

Jaguar Secure 50 Bank Street


Further to a recent tender process, we are pleased to announce that Jaguar Building Services has been awarded a three-year M&E contract at 50 Bank Street.

The 216,000 sq. ft. building is located within the heart of Canary Wharf and overlooks Jubilee Place. This is a significant contract win which will enable us to further strengthen our successful working relationship with MAPP.

Jaguar Retain Kings Place In Three-Year Deal


Jaguar are pleased to announce that following a competitive re-tender process, they have been awarded a new three-year M&E contract at Kings Place.

The 339,000 sq. ft. building is a mixed-use development combining a seminal office building with a waterfront restaurant and music & arts facilities. The contract was first awarded to Jaguar in 2008 when the building first opened.

“As the incumbent M&E service provider since 2008 we are very proud to have secured Kings Place for the twelfth consecutive year. Jaguar Appointed At One Embassy Gardens

Jaguar Building Services are delighted to have secured a 12-month contract to deliver hard services at One Embassy Gardens, SW1.

The building is part of a wider development at Nine Elms, The Embassy Gardens Estate which spans 15 acres located on London’s South Bank.

One Embassy Gardens is the flagship building within the portfolio made up of both office and retail space covering 215,000 square feet.

Jaguar will be providing ongoing mechanical, electrical and building fabric requirements to the building.

Jaguar Extended At 88 Wood Street

Following a recent retender process, Jaguar Building Services have been appointed to a further three year contract term at 88 Wood Street.

Jaguar will be continuing to provide the M&E building maintenance for the 18-storey structure which has been a part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2009. The new contract will commence on 1st September 2019.

Blue Fin Building - Jaguar Appointed

Jaguar Building Services have been appointed to provide M&E maintenance services at the Blue Fin Building located on Southwark Street, in London.

The landmark site covers approximately 498,907sq.ft and is primarily used as office space. The property is managed by Savills.

Just a short walk from the Millennium Bridge, the Blue Fin gets its name from the unique 2,000 blue aluminium fins that cover its facade.

The resident engineering team is made up of 11 employees, dedicated to providing the mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services required within the building. 

Operations Director, Steve Jackaman said: “This is yet another significant contract for Jaguar, providing us with an exciting opportunity to demonstrate our proactive, innovative approach to building services maintenance. We look forward to continuing to work with Savills as a preferred service provider.”

Jaguar Building Services Secure Here East M&E Contract

Jaguar Building Services will be providing mechanical & electrical maintenance services at Here East - the huge complex located in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The site has an iconic past as the host of the Broadcast and Press Centres at London’s 2012 Olympic games. The unique campus, covering 1.2 million square feet, is now made up of three buildings offering retail, office and event spaces.

Jaguar’s Operations Director, Steve Jackaman commented: “This is an exciting and significant opportunity for Jaguar Building Services. This large-scale dynamic estate will showcase the breadth of expertise our organisation has to offer and will further establish Jaguar as leaders within the central London market.

One Bishops Square

Jaguar Building Services has been awarded a new two-year agreement to provide mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services at One Bishops Square.

Located in the heart of Spitalfields, this 825,000sq.ft property is home to an international law firm and houses over 2,500 members of staff. The building includes an international business centre, three atriums and a variety of fitness facilities.

Headed by Sally Burton, Jaguar will conduct a comprehensive mobilisation of the contract and the company's Technical Services Team, led by Tony Jackaman, will perform a complete engineering operational review and a CIBSE TM22 Energy Assessment.

Managing Director, Paul Roberts said: “What an exciting start to 2019! One Bishops Square presents us with a wonderful opportunity to further strengthen our reputation as leaders within the Central London building services maintenance market.”

The agreement will commence 1st February 2019, and will be led by a team in excess of 25 dedicated engineers.

Lloyd’s of London

Jaguar Building Services also recently secured a three year critical hard services contract at the iconic 1986 Lloyd’s of London building.

Lloyd's is the world's leading insurance market providing specialist insurance services to businesses in over 200 countries.

Jaguar will be responsible for the Lloyd’s building in One Lime Street and a further two associated properties across Lloyd’s London and South-East portfolio.
