We are currently building a comprehensive Hub of Resources
designed to empower your Professional Development and Growth.

Amidst the rapidly expanding Facilities Management (FM) market, projected to reach a valuation of £1.196 trillion by 2027, we look to bridge critical industry gaps and address the shortage of skilled professionals by offering fully-certified, internationally recognised certifications and FM training through our Network of Learning Partners.

Three streams of Professional Development will be available; Core FM, Soft Services, and Hard Services.

All courses, workshops and accelerator programs are for anyone that is interested in Facilities Management and its associated practices, whether you're starting your career or looking to upskill, or perhaps a consultant or a contractor who wants a refresh and is seeking certification in new areas.

There is no competition with other Institutes or Associations as we value and believe in partnership collaboration and complimenting existing bodies such as IFMA, IWFM, BOMA, CIPS, APM, RICS, Corenet Global and more.  This approach means you can access a range of courses and experts opertaing at the right level for you, from Foundation right through to Level 6 Diplomas.

All streams of Professional Development offered on the ThisWeekinFM website are complimentary or very low-cost (less than £500).  Higher Learning, such as Diplomas, have a higher cost and need to be discussed directly with the relevant Learning Partner.

Development Support Services will also be available, including Apprenticeships and Mentorships.
