They're the heart and soul of LDF, bringing expertise, passion, and a whole lot of dedication to every job. We have over 50 PAYE, time-served, fully qualified, and fully insured plumbing and drainage engineers on the road, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our head office, based in Ongar, Essex, is also home to over 50 dedicated specialists. Our teams include Operations, Client Experience, Health and Safety, Transport, Planning, Reactive teams, and much more. What’s more, over 20% of the work force has been with our business for over 15 years!
