OR

Who can apply?
We work with SMEs, sole traders and CIC or charity founders who are either serving in the UK Armed Forces, a Veteran or the spouse or dependant of someone who is or has been in the UK Armed Forces.
How does the mentoring programme work?
After meeting with a Mentoring Manager, you will be given access to a mentoring platform. You will be asked to connect with a mentor and you will have up to 12 months to work together, but this can vary depending on need and stage.
It will be your responsibility to check-in on a monthly basis with your mentor, make sure you have made the necessary meetings with them to keep moving forward and to update us with your progress or challenges,. Every mentoring relationship is different, but they work the best when you:
1 - Have regular contact.
2 - Like and respect each other.
3 - Work together.
How much will it cost me?
The Mentoring Programme is free to those from the military community. Our incredible mentors give their time freely and these services can only be provided thanks to the generous support of charitable foundations, sponsors and individual donors.
