With an acquisition value of £3.8 billion, the deal is intended to create a world-leading integrated security company.
Allied Universal is the third-largest employer in North America and the seventh-largest employer in the world. The company has more than 800,000 employees, focussed on proactive security services and smart technology to deliver tailored security solutions.
