New FM and Commercial Cleaning Management Training Company Launches
08 October 2024

A training provider dedicated to bespoke facilities management and commercial cleaning management has launched.

The business hopes to address the need for tailored, management-level training that not only develops technical expertise but also prioritises leadership, wellbeing, and employee retention in FM and commercial cleaning.

The business is fronted by Jasmine Dell, who has over 22 years of experience in operations and sales within the FM sector, and Michelle Brightly, FM recruitment specialist and Chair for the IWFM Rising FMs Committee.

Ingage FM Training offers over 30 unique courses and workshops, all fully CPD-accredited, available online and in-person. The courses fall into four main categories:

  1. Bespoke FM / Cleaning Management Training
  2. Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching
  3. Behavioural Training and Coaching
  4. Apprentice Empowerment

“We are incredibly excited to launch our new website and unveil our expanded offering of over 30 courses, available both in-person and online,” said Jasmine.

"Writing these courses has been a passion project for me, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the FM and Cleaning industries. Each course has been carefully crafted from real-life challenges and the training I’ve delivered to help people succeed in their roles throughout my career.”

“We have four different courses to support Operations Managers and FM Managers within a Presentation environment, ranging from online breathwork sessions, to in-person full presenting techniques, these courses I’m particularly proud of. Too often, Operations and FMs are thrown into presentation environments that can feel overwhelming. These courses equips them with the skills and confidence to walk into a room excited, not intimidated. It’s something our industry has needed for a long time.

“Another milestone course we’re thrilled to offer is Bid Writing. There’s been a huge gap in physical training for this critical role, and we’re bridging that gap with top tips and proven techniques to help Bid Team members thrive. Both of these courses—and the others we’ve developed—are designed to empower FM and Cleaning professionals with practical skills they can immediately apply. We’re truly passionate about giving them the tools they need to excel.”
