The new partnership will enable large-scale organisations to digitalise their buildings and business processes, to make the workday easier for employees and help buildings run more effectively.
Combining Pressac’s wireless smart sensor technology with BLDNG.AI’s intelligent data platform and expert infrastructure installation. BLDNG.AI’s unique analytics engine takes Pressac sensor occupancy, air quality and building sensor data and turns it into meaningful information.
"We are delighted to count BLDNG.AI’s as one of our business partners and will be working closely with them to develop solutions that give end-users access to actionable data, at the right time, to automate and improve their buildings.”

According to the UK Green Building Council, an estimated 40 per cent of the UK’s carbon footprint is attributed to the built environment, half of which comes from energy used in buildings. By using data gained from Pressac’s smart sensors and BLDNG.AI’s platform, property managers and FMs can access insightful data to better manage their building's energy efficiency.
The intelligent platform can securely manage all the data that a building portfolio can and will ever generate, in the form of informative dashboards and fed into a suite of applications.
“With industry experience spanning six decades, Pressac understands how to deliver high-quality, cost-effective sensing solutions at scale. Combined with BLDNG.AI’s expertise in deploying and operating large-scale deployments, our partnership brings together the best pedigrees to create a valuable solution,” says Peter Burbidge, Managing Director at Pressac.
"We are delighted to count BLDNG.AI’s as one of our business partners and will be working closely with them to develop solutions that give end-users access to actionable data, at the right time, to automate and improve their buildings.”
Steffan Thorvaldsen, CEO of BLDNG.AI added, “At BLDNG.AI we are all about creating intelligent insights so that our customers can make the best decisions. At the start of our dialogue with Pressac, we were searching for a technology partner that would further enhance our offering whilst helping us to make large-scale IoT deployments easier. We have been very impressed with how innovative and forward-thinking Pressac solutions are and we are all excited and energized for what our future collaboration will bring.”
