17 November 2025
Q3 Services is set to collaborate with Oxford Direct Services to deliver total estate and asset management solutions across Oxfordshire.
The new venture, called “oxfordworkplace”, targets private and public sector estates that require a total estate management solution, including external infrastructure works and facilities management.
Oxford Direct Services is wholly owned by Oxford City Council and will provide infrastructure expertise across highways, civil engineering, grounds servicing, construction, and EV charging. Q3 Services specialises in integrated FM and services ,such as M&E, security, cleaning, and compliance.
Oxfordworkplace will target council estates, regional science and innovation campuses, education establishments and high-performance and heritage environments.
Simon Howick, Managing Sirector of ODS, said: “oxfordworkplace is a service provider that understands the bigger picture. We’ve combined ODS’ unrivalled local knowledge with Q3’s technical and operational integrated FM expertise to bring elevated service delivery and greater long-term value to estates in Oxfordshire. This is a unique blend that fuses a commercial environment with community ethos and has social value at the heart.”
Martyn Freeman, CEO of Q3 Services, added: “It is important to us that we work with clients, not behind a contract. We know this is mirrored in ODS’s values, so together this is a very powerful collaboration. With this shared spirit combined with services that complement each other, together oxfordworkplace can deliver more operational efficiencies for businesses in Oxfordshire. Our integration means our customers have access to greater resources and greater flexibility, with one point of contact.”
