FM and property services company, The Momentum Group, has been named amongst 187 medium-sized businesses in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2025 list.

To make the list, which is divided into very big, big, medium and small categories according to the company size, businesses must meet minimum average scores on a 26-question employee engagement survey. For medium companies, that average score is 50 per cent.

Liverpool-based construction, property management, facilities management and maintenance firm The Momentum Group achieved a 90 per cent overall wellbeing score and 88 per cent for job satisfaction. Out of 54 employees,  93 per cent said they felt happy and safe in their working environment.

In The Times’ A-Z listing, The Momentum Group was praised for encouraging staff wellbeing through its “Time To” events.  Time to Talk encourages sharing, Time to Play is for team-building, and Time to Contribute involves volunteering and charity.

The Momentum Foundation was also mentioned, which is the group’s commitment to donating to local causes, matching employee fundraising up to £250 per person per year.

Chris Renshaw, Co-Founder and Director of The Momentum Group, said: “Being recognised as one of The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work this year is a brilliant achievement for The Momentum Group.  A business is only as good as its people, we are committed to not only creating an exceptional team, but ensuring that everyone feels valued, empowered, and engaged in the future success of themselves, their colleagues, and the company as a whole.

“To achieve this, we want to hold ourselves to account, and so securing this prestigious recognition is fantastic third-party validation of our approach, and a testament to the commitment shown by everyone in the team to making the Momentum Group a very special place to work.”
