NABERS UK Design for Performance is a system to measure and rate the operational efficiency of commercial officers. Developers or owners commit to design, build and commission new developments or major refurbishments to achieve a specific NABERS Energy rating, the highest of which is 6.
Developed by Quadrum Global, 11 Belgrave Road is a 150,000 sq. ft. office, with 108,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space, 14,000 sq. ft. of communal areas, and premium wellbeing-focussed facilities including a café, gym, private garden, and rooftop terraces.

The building has WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum ratings. It has installed Vorboss’ 10-100 GBPS full coverage fibre network – one of only a handful of buildings in London to offer such a high level of connectivity and the first in Victoria. Vorboss’ mission is to deliver 10Gbps as the new minimum standard of connectivity in London’s buildings.
The site retained 35 per cent of its existing structure, earning a BREEAM Outstanding rating, placing it in the top 1 per cent of BREEAM-assessed buildings. It is also one of only six buildings to achieve WELL Pre-certification during construction.
Ilyas Aslam, Chief Operating Officer at Quadrum, said: “At our flagship London project at 11 Belgrave Road, we took the opportunity to deliver a ground-breaking, exceptional workplace. Responding to the needs of the modern occupier, it meets the highest ESG and wellbeing standards and creates an exceptional occupier experience, with quality combining with flexibility to deliver an inspiring environment that also offers some of the best views across London.”
The development team included Eric Parry Architects, BAM Construction, Max Fordham, Ekkist and Gillespies.
