Facilities management company Thermatic has strengthened its suite of ISO certifications with new partner, Perry Johnson Registrars (PJR).

The process has involved integrating ISO 45001, covering Occupational Health and Safety, into its existing management system alongside ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). The new combined certifications should help Thermatic to build a reputation as a trusted partner and industry leader.

Thermatic chose to partner with UKAS accredited PJR after being impressed by their collaborative approach.

Rachael Crozier, Director of Risk and Compliance, said: “This wasn’t just about achieving the certifications with a new partner. This whole process has allowed us to rethink, rework and revolutionise our processes to ensure we are delivering the best for our clients and our people. The level of engagement from colleagues across the business has been nothing short of outstanding and this strengthened set of certifications stands us in perfect stead as we continue to grow.”

Speaking about the partnership, Stuart Baldwin, Lead Auditor at PJR, added: “As an auditor, my role is to objectively assess evidence against international standards. Achieving zero non-conformances across all three disciplines is a testament to a mature system. It was particularly encouraging to see that their commitment to environmental stewardship is just as embedded in the company culture as their safety protocols and quality standards. The level of leadership commitment and workforce engagement observed during the process was exemplary. A well-deserved result for the team.”
