Tivoli Group Completes Acquisition of Greenfingers Landscape Ltd
07 June 2023

Independent grounds maintenance specialist Tivoli Group Ltd has acquired Greenfingers Landscape Ltd.

This is Tivoli’s second acquisition following the purchase of Sodexo Horticultural Services in February 2021.

Nicola Keach, Tivoli’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “Greenfingers’ teams share the same passion as we do for self-delivering a high-quality service and building long term relationships with clients, and we look forward to welcoming great people to our team. There is a natural harmony between our work, our clients and our values, and we are very proud to welcome the employees and customers of Greenfingers to the Tivoli family.”

Greenfingers was established in 1996 and is based in North West England. It currently has around 120 staff and generates an annual turnover of over £4 million. They provide services for a range of landowners across the public and private sector, including multiple housing associations.

The acquisition will increase the scale of Tivoli's service portfolio, grounds maintenance, landscaping, arboriculture, winter maintenance, and interior plants and floristry.

Greenfingers’ strong presence in the North West will complement Tivoli’s prevalence with clients in the region, and enhances the portfolio coverage of the business.

Tivoli Group Ltd has a current turnover of circa £65m with around 1,200 staff.
