Touch-Free Smart Lockers for COVID-Security

Touch-Free Smart Lockers for COVID-Security

Your Workspace has recently re-launched their pick-up and parcel locker solution, Your Pick-Up-Point (YPUP).

YPUP offers a fully automated drop-off and collection solution that can be applied to every workplace, industry, and market sector. The software allows recipients to receive parcels, assist with the issuing of IT equipment, retail click and collect and even collection of prescriptions all touch-free.

The pandemic has arguably encouraged the adoption of contactless technology which helps to reduce touchpoints in everyday processes, and Your Workplace's smart storage solutions can be used as part of a COVID-secure strategy within a building.

The easy-to-use system will notify recipients of their delivered item in real-time. Pick-up takes seconds, and the lockers can be accessed with either the free smart phone app or the built-in interface, giving employees, residents or customers a convenient self-service collection system that is available 24/7.

The smart solution can also integrate with existing apps within your workplace or campus for example, making collecting items even easier and accessible from the palm of your hand.

Guy Pollard, Corporate Sales Director, Your Workspace said: “Automated parcel/pick-up lockers have hugely grown in popularity in the last few years, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Access to services 24/7, the surge in click and collect, and the desire for feature-rich software integration by all parties will grow exponentially over the coming years.

"As we have all seen, the world in which we live has evolved in the last 18 months. Our product and services reflect these changes and encapsulate the forward-thinking nature of the business through the new branding and product development with YPUP.”

The re-launch comes followings the company’s expansion into India last year, that has reinforced Your Workspace as a global market leader in the field of smart pick-up technology and smart storage solutions.
