Visa Europe is leasing 300,000 sq ft of space on a 15-year term at One Canada Square.
The digital payment provider will relocate its European headquarters from Paddington to Canary Wharf from the summer of 2028. Canary Wharf is already home blue chip companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, HSBC and Morgan Stanley.
The Canary Wharf Group has leased more than 750,000 sq ft of office space in 2025, marking its best office leasing year in more than a decade.
