Rachel's career passion is the use of data to support evidence based decision making to achieve business critical outcomes.

Her role at Rider Levett Bucknall includes working alongside new and existing clients, ensuring that solutions are bespoke to their requirements and that customer support is a given. This role specifically focuses upon the delivery of FM and Asset Management consultancy services and technical advice, helping clients deliver safe built environments that are fit for purpose and costed for in a long term sustainable manner.

Core responsibilities:

- FM & AM data analytics.
- Operational cost and performance benchmarking and whole life cost modelling.
- Strategy creation and business planning to deliver client solutions.
- Business ready analysis including change management process development.
