Apleona Acquires Hampshire-Based FM Company

Apleona has acquired Corrigenda, a technical facilities management company based in Fareham, Hampshire.

Corrigenda provides technical and energy management services, as well as maintenance and installation services for mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, with a focus on the public sector, education and local authorities. The company employs around 200 people, including 140 technicians.

This marks European FM service provider Apleona’s third acquisition in the UK since 2022, after Combined Technical Solutions and JCW Group.

Michael Engel, COO of Apleona Group, said that the group would continue to expand its European platform through further bolt-on acquisitions.

Paul Spencer, CEO of Corrigenda, said: “This marks a milestone for all of us at Corrigenda. We are eager to become part of the Apleona team and are excited about the opportunity to build together, elevate our service quality and broaden our range of clients.”
