Kingdom Group has acquired Crystalcare Cleaning Services, adding approximately 320 clients and 720 employees to the group.

Crystalcare will be rebranded as Kingdom Cleaning London, becoming the specialist city-based division of Kingdom Cleaning.

The management team at Crystal will continue in their roles, and the General Managers will join the Kingdom Cleaning Leadership Team, reporting to Lucy Lloyd, Chief Services Officer.

Kingdom Cleaning London will now offer broader service capabilities across security, recruitment, systems, hygiene and training.

Terry Barton, CEO of The Kingdom Group, said: “Our M&A team work hard to find and get over the line acquisitions that match not only our CARE values but also our passion and aspirations as a group. I have known Toby Jerman, Crystal owner since we acquired his security business many years ago and have maintained contact all these years. We have always been impressed with Toby and his cleaning team and we now welcome them all to The Kingdom Group. Our existing cleaning business and south region is further strengthened by the addition of Crystal. Together and united, we’re positioned to deliver even greater value and innovative cleaning solutions.”

Toby Jerman, CEO of Crystal Cleaning, added: "I’m delighted that Crystalcare Cleaning Services has been acquired by and is now joining forces with Kingdom Cleaning.

“We have done this to further support our sustainable, innovative and ethical cleaning services. With Changing work practices, joining Kingdom will help us to further improve our sustainable approach, use of the latest technology and putting our community & teams at the forefront.

“Having known Kingdom for over 10 years, we are very well socially and culturally aligned, and I’m excited about now being part of Kingdom Cleaning”.
