Building services provider andwis Group intends to become “a benchmark for technical building and compliance services” in 2025.

The business, headed up by Philip Greenwood,  already employs 1,500 people and has acquired ten companies in 2024, across just two years of operating at a business. This includes Oracle Solutions, Spectrum Electrical Group and Statutory Support Services.

Turning over more than £200 million, andwis Group will pursue more acquisitions in 2025, in a drive to create the UK’s leading benchmark for technical building services.

Philip Greenwood, Group CEO, said “Our customers need reliable, connected, professional services. By investing in technology and deploying our teams of specialist, expert engineers we are advancing sustainability, delivering regulatory compliance and extending the lifecycle of our customers’ buildings.”

The business operates across five core service divisions: compliance and assurance; fire and security; lifts and entrance; mechanical and electrical; maintenance and response.
