Aston Services Group (ASG) is a £20 million turnover company whose clients include Savills, Workman, APP and Bellrock. Operating in the North of England and the Midlands, 668 employees work across its cleaning and security contracts.
ASG is also a Recognised Service Provider with the Living Wage Foundation and signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
Atlas hopes to use the acquisition to strengthen its presence in the North of England. Chris Wisely, Atlas Group CEO, said: “We are delighted to bring ASG into our Atlas family. We see ASG as a regional leader with a reputation for quality. This grows our existing cleaning and security offering in the North and Midlands; and the warm and family style culture of ASG fits nicely with our own. We look forward to working with our newest colleagues as we seek to create happiness for more customers.”
