With the addition of Salisbury, Atlas FM will be a £160 million turnover company that employs 8,500 people at over 6,000 sites around the country.
The rationale behind the agreement is to combine Atlas' cleaning and security service offering with Salisbury's facilities management and hard services provision.
The Salisbury brand and management team will remain in place.
