Read Full ArticleWith the addition of Salisbury, Atlas FM will be a £160 million turnover company that employs 8,500 people at over 6,000 sites around the country.
The rationale behind the agreement is to combine Atlas' cleaning and security service offering with Salisbury's facilities management and hard services provision.
The Salisbury brand and management team will remain in place.

Atlas was founded 35 years ago as a cleaning company, and has clients such as Arsenal FC, Nationwide Building Society, University of London, British Library, PureGym, HM Courts & Tribunal Service, Civil Aviation Authority and Jungheinrich.
Salisbury was founded in 2013 and has had a record two years of business, winning over £30 million of contracts that include four new agreements with British universities.
