Commercial cleaning services provider Bayleaf Facilities Management has acquired Kleen London.

Bayleaf Facilities Management Director, Paul Babai, says the move will strengthen the company’s position within the flexible managed office space sector in London. 

He said: "We are thrilled to welcome Paul Celaschi and his highly dedicated team from Kleen London to the Bayleaf family. Their client base primarily comprises high-end and flexible offices, which aligns perfectly with our growth strategy.

"Moreover, Kleen London’s commitment to quality, fairness, and sustainability mirrors our values, and we look forward to welcoming their clients onboard."

This acquisition comes as Bayleaf announces the expansion of its board and senior leadership team, and several other key appointments. Joining the Board of Directors are Paul Celaschi, from Kleen London, who joins as Commercial Director, and Steven Allsopp who joins as Managing Director. 

Andy de Sallis also joins the business as the new Director of Marketing PR & Communications, alongside Edison Ponton, Operations Director, and Charlotte van Fowler, Director of People & Compliance.
