Commercial cleaning company, The Clean Space, has been appointed by law firm Wiggin LLP to provide daily cleaning services at its new corporate head office in Covent Garden, London.
Wiggin LLP is a full-service law firm specialising in media, entertainment, technology and intellectual property. The multi-award-winning firm has a number of practice groups and lawyers ranked highly in the leading legal directories.
The Clean Space began working with Wiggin LLP while the fit-out of its new office at Space House, Kemble Street was still underway, collaborating with the client to develop a cleaning solution tailored to the new working environment.
Located within Space House's distinctive circular building, the high-end, single-floor office includes an open reception area, private offices, meeting rooms and a large staff breakout space. The Clean Space has deployed a dedicated cleaning team of 4 staff under a 2-year contract.
Sustainability was an important consideration in the development of the cleaning programme. As part of its proposal, The Clean Space recommended the use of its OzoKlenz chemical-free cleaning system, an approach which Wiggin LLP subsequently adopted for the site.
The contract requires consistently high standards across both client-facing and employee areas, reflecting the importance placed on the presentation and quality of Wiggin LLP's new headquarters.
Phil Dzwonkiewicz, Office and Facilities Manager at Wiggin LLP, said: “The Clean Space understood what we wanted to achieve at Space House and developed an approach that reflected both the quality of the new office and our sustainability priorities.”
Wes Smith, Sales and Marketing Director at The Clean Space, said: “Being involved during the fit-out gave us the opportunity to shape the cleaning programme around the building from the start. The result is a tailored, chemical-free solution designed specifically for Wiggin LLP's new headquarters.”
