Bellrock Partners With Demand Logic To Scale Data-Driven Building Performance
11 May 2026
The Bellrock and Demand Logic partnership supports the delivery of Bellrock’s data-led, predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring platform, Symphony.
Bellrock, operating in the property management industry, and Demand Logic, an award-winning building optimisation platform, have announced an enterprise-scale partnership focused on improving energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and operational performance across Bellrock’s client base.
As well as supporting its existing provision, Demand Logic will continue to roll out its building optimisation and Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) technology across Bellrock’s clients, providing detailed, real-time insight into heating ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) and other building systems. Through continuous visibility of system performance, Demand Logic’s platform identifies inefficiencies, faults, and optimisation opportunities that help reduce energy consumption, enhance occupant comfort, and support sustainability objectives.
The partnership brings Demand Logic capabilities to Bellrock clients, providing them with an elevated service courtesy of increased engineering autonomy, clarity and execution. The initial scope covers approximately 4 million square feet of space, with plans to expand to 10 million square feet of space in the coming years.
This enterprise initiative is embedded within Bellrock’s Symphony Model, which brings together technology, data, and operational expertise to shift facilities management away from mediocrity-led programmes towards continuous, data-led optimisation.
By integrating tools such as Demand Logic directly into day-to-day workflows, insights can be quickly translated into tangible operational improvements and more efficient resolution for maintenance events, ultimately improving building performance and occupant comfort, whilst providing significant energy savings for Bellrock’s customers.
In the last 12 months alone, Bellrock clients running the Symphony platform have achieved collective savings of £1.2 million.
Symphony customers also benefit from access to the Symphony Academy which is an ongoing training programme for engineers, facility managers and asset managers to help them proactively manage estates as buildings become more intelligent and autonomous.
The impact of the Symphony Model has already been recognised by the industry. Bellrock, Demand Logic, and partners were recently awarded the Collaboration Award at the 2025 CIBSE Building Performance Awards. Judges described the Symphony Model as a game-changing and highly replicable framework, commending its ability to deliver measurable gains in energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and operational performance through effective collaboration.
Mike Darby, CEO of Demand Logic, said: “We’re really excited about the opportunity this enterprise initiative represents for improving building performance at scale. By providing operational teams with real-time insight across Bellrock’s extensive portfolio, we’re realising a shared ambition - showing what’s possible, and how other organisations can unlock similar measurable results and efficiencies across their own building portfolios with Demand Logic.”
Carlo Alloni, CEO at Bellrock, said: “This partnership unlocks the advanced capabilities of Demand Logic’s building optimisation platform for Bellrock’s clients, giving them greater visibility of system performance, and helping them to manage their buildings more efficiently and more effectively. As many of our clients have already discovered, Demand Logic and Symphony make for a powerful combination.”
